The due date for all submissions of service payments (DJ, Speaker, Dancer etc) and / or expenses over $999+ will be April 9, 2024 – This is the last date our office can submit requisitions in CUNY Buy.
This means that ALL event requests with services and / or expenses over $999 must be submitted no later than March 29th in Bulldog Connection for the Undergraduate and Graduate Student Governments to review and fund. If you have not done so already, please submit your event requests for events up to the last day of classes (May 15th.)

These above dates correspond with the Brooklyn College Association (BCA) Board meeting dates for April as some groups may need to go to BCA approval for spending over $999.99 (See Below for the BCA timeline)
March 18, 2024 - Meeting with your Organization’s Liaison about your proposal.
March 25, 2024 - Finalized proposal submitted to your Organization’s Liaison.
April 1, 2024 - Your Organization’s proposal will be submitted to the Budget Committee
April 4, 2024 - Budget Committee Meeting – Maroney Leddy 3:00 pm (4th Fl)
April 9, 2024 - BCA Board Meeting – Maroon Room 11:00 am (6th Fl)
