Welcome to the first ever Women In Film club at Brooklyn College: The FireFlies. As a club our mission is to support the creative aspirations of women and gender-identifying youth in order to contribute to the creative diversity of the Brooklyn College community. We aim to provide a safe and inclusive space for female students across majors to work on their passions in a tight knit community.
Be a part of female led tight knit community of students who enjoy watching and creating films. Attend writing workshops to learn about filmmaking, screenwriting, and getting your stories on the big screen. Challenge and engage yourself to act, direct, and produce with your peers in a creative setting. Receive support, encouragement, and feedback from a trusted community.
